I cannot get Lightroom 5 to recognize my Sony RX 100 ll and it won't load photos from my D 810. Photoshop CS6 won't load the raw files from the D810. Think I need to update Lightroom 5 and CS6 camera raw but can't figure out where it is in Adobe's web site. I do not use the cloud version perhaps you can help me. Am most frustrated

Look here?

http://www.adobe.com/downloads/updates.html

I am guessing that you want Adobe Camera Raw - plugin for CS6 and you will need Lightroom 5.7 to be current.

In Lightroom, go to Help > Check for updates and follow the prompts.

I don't have CS6, but it is probably the same procedure.

The DNG Converter is a stand alone program, not a plugin to PSE.

I would guess you need to upgrade PSE to 13.

I went with Adobe CC photographers package - 10.00 a month subscription for Bridge, Lightroom and Photoshop....not a bad deal in my mind to always have the best & most current.

For ACR 8.7 you need Elements 13 (shipped with ACR 8.6 and then update to ACR 8.7)

Adobe will only support Elements Installation problems, and that is by chat line, not the phone.

Having the same issue with Photoshop with Raw. I am currently updated and it still wont recognize a Raw file from my Canon T5. Right now the DNG converter is my only option. My light room works correctly. I just don't like to batch in LR. it is to slow and the finish product isn't as good.

Current ACR for PS is up to 8.7.1.311

Just updated it myself yesterday.

That is what I did as well. The Adobe Creative Cloud for $10 per month is IMHO the only way to go. I am still new to this but have had Elements 6 for a long while. Having the whole suite of software constantly updated is great and I don't have to worry about compatibility etc.

Thanks for all the comments have been able to get the photos on Photoshop but Lightroom will not allow me to upload photos from either camera. Everything is current and up to date.
