Those are terrific. They are sharp, and beautifully composed -- the bird looking toward the center. What really struck me, though, was the setting. I see hawks, frequently, but rarely perched. Those few times when I do see a hawk perched, the background (from my position) is always bright, blue sky. These are much more interesting.
