lol. I spent some time today looking for an 18% gray teeshirt and hat.

This is a good tutorial. It brings up a question for me. I can understand how this all works just fine for JPG, because the camera has applied either auto or custom WB settings as the JPG was being processed in camera. I also know that you can adjust the WB in RAW files to your heart's content. Does a reference picture of a grey card do you any good when working on RAW files? Will Lightroom also Sync your WB adjustments to other photos from the same shoot as Steele showed? Thanks for any input.

I would not wash in hot water. LOL 18 % may decrease.
