Grand Juries across the nation are sending Obama, Holder, Sharpton, etc. a message: YOU RACE BAITERS NEED TO SHUT THE FDUCK UP!

The nations uniformed police officers are doing their jobs.

Actually I did agree with the Ferguson decision, the one in NYC, not so much, the officer should have been charged with Manslaughter if nothing else, choke holds have been prohibited in NYC policing for over 20 years, on top of that the man was surrounded by about 8 cops, was unarmed, and offered no real physical resistance, he was not hitting the cops nor was he wrestling with the cops that I saw on the video when an angry cop took him down and choked him to death.

I can't see why the officer is not charged with manslaughter, I would have been I am sure of that.

The protests haven't started yet, I don't think we've seen anything compared to what this will be. Blurry, I agree with you so much and think cops are out of control. What is wrong with these Grand Juries?

And when it comes to your town?

Why don't you become a cop and show us how it should be done?

What's wrong with these grand juries is ( I'll bet you hate this one ), they heard from both sides.

Please read up on grand juries, you don't understand what they are to do.

I need to watch the entire video.

I would agree with you on this one Blurrye, on the video I saw this guy was threatening no one, he did not want to go to jail, but you can't blame him for that. I saw no need for the choke hold even if it weren't banned by policy. This cop was wrong, especially when the guy kept telling them he couldn't breathe. I would think the grand jury would have found something wrong with his actions.

He used a chokehold that's been illegal for 21 years. Thank goodness the federal government can step in because of this illegality. The Medical Examiner even testified that it was illegal.

Yes, in this case I just don't get it. There was a very clear video and the guy was not aggressive to anyone.

My sentiments exactly. In viewing the video I couldn't understand why the cops had to be so aggressive. They looked like a bunch of good 'ol boys getting caught up in a mob mentality scenario. "You don't do what we tell ya and we're gonna teach ya a lesson".

The move the cop used was definitely a Hadaka-jime judo styled choke hold the purpose of which is to strangle a person and not simply a headlock as was determined. Tasers anyone?

I agree with you.

Maybe the more appropriate charge could have been negligent homicide, at any rate, in my opinion this one should have gone to trial, there are just so many reasons that it is wrong, in the video the decedent multiple times tries to tell the cop that he can't breath after the other cops had secured him, yet the cop continued to choke him until he died... I will say as I have said in all of these cases we have not seen all of the evidence as did the grand jury, but just from the video alone it is hard to understand how a finding to proceed to trial was not reached.
