I tried the Word version but it doesn't really do it. Is there a program that you can download to mark the entire roll of photos at once?

I use uMark5. https://www.uconomix.com/Products/uMark/Default.aspx
It's $29 but works great and has lots of features.

TSR Watermark Image is a great program to download. It has both FREE and paid versions. I just use the FREE version.

Lightroom has a watermark on export setting that will add watermarks to any number of exported images - text or graphic.

BorderFX is a free plug-in for iPhoto and Aperture, and the watermark feature works great.
