When posting to the Ugly Hedgehog with a camera equipment related question please always include your brand and model of camera in your question. This way we don't have to waste time waiting for you to supply that information as nearly always someone will ask for it before proceeding. We pretty much need that for all such questions. Thank you.
:D
Oh good, Thank you, now I am no the only ugly complaining to the poster and sounding sarcastic when I say... "we are not mind readers." Better too many details rather than not enough.

Good Post! Boone.
I know this is going to do soooooooooo much good and no one is ever going to have to ask those questions again. Aren't you going to mention spelling and grammar or anything else really annoying? Like un-helpful answers??? :)
Oh boy, another Pet Peeve thread. They're my favorite...
Do you mean people should make more specific thread titles then...
Help
What camera?
Should I buy it?
Question
Will this work?
Lens
Or the ever popular and prize winning title: ???
Honestly if all the folks that are like me and just post a reminder under ANY form that a good title is needed, this type of thread will never do any good.
So you will pass for an grumpy a***le?" Who gives a sh*t? Not me.

What's the matter with you, D. Are you getting tired of going through six different posts before you find the camera is something you've never heard of before? Seriously, I get a bit more than frustrated when someone either has a problem with a camera/lens and is asked to identify the equipment by three or four separate individuals and we never get an answer (we will find our where they got it, how much it cost, what kind of film they use, very disconcerting if it is a question about a digital camera, and what color the darned is before we find out who made it and in which millennium it was made) - OR (a similar issue), when someone asks about a problem with an image and seventeen people ask them to post the photo (especially with 'Save Original' checked) so we can see the EXIF data and they the OP gives us ΗΣΓΓ for not helping him/her. :?: :?: :?:
