Nicely done! Just one little thing: in the "fixed" photo, the neck-edge of his T-shirt is a good bit darker than the rest of the T-shirt.
I haven't "played" with the photos, so I don't know how close to the neckline you can go on the cut-out.

Yep, good job, I tell my self many times take lots of shots, not like we have 12, 24,36 per roll... how about 1200! Hard to synk two people but big groups are hard to get all coop-ing.
