In my kind of photography, I share the same affinity for being outdoors as do the farmers in the county. I've been recording their surroundings in my sketchbook.

Thanks Gene. I've been watching your PP work with flowers for quite some time now. It seems we both like to bend reality a bit in our imagery.

:D Yes, Bob, we do. It makes PP a little more fun. My wife came home from the hospital after going thru tests one day and told me about a display of flowers in a hallway. She said they were photos but looked like some artist did them. I played around with mine a little with the minimum features of PSE8 and she liked them. After printing them on note cards they became a hit, especially with the ladies.

Have a great day.

They are good, but number 6 is the best.

Thank you Lois. I've always had a liking for winding country roads, but when you put a wooden fence around it, I couldn't resist.

Thanks Jerry. I have to chuckle ...... I almost left the last one out as it didn't really identify itself as a farm photo (the theme for the rest of the set). But it was taken on the same day as all the others, so I guess it does have some connection to the farm life.

Thanks LeicaFlex. It's fun to create a "style" distinguishable from the works of others. So many folks convert their images to paintings that I feel quite safe working in sketch mode.
