What some people will do. This is hilarious. Maybe we should protest about the vegetables being ripped from their parents or ripped from mother earth's womb. Na.

The store that this occurred in could have called the police and had all of these protestors arrested for unlawful assembly and disruption of business. They can do their protest on public sidewalks or public areas as long as they first apply and are approved for a permit. No permit can be issued to protest within a business' private property.

If the protestors impede or interfere with any employee's doing their daily job function, they are considered to be liable for restriction of trade and aggravated assault.

Maybe the butcher should have asked for volunteers so he could do his meat cutting on the protestors instead of the produce? LOL.

Actually, it was an elaborate ploy to steal a frozen chicken which they hide in a cardboard coffin and walk out without paying. They visit ten stores a morning and have a big chicken barbeque on the beach.

I remember visiting my grandparents on the farm. My grandmother had a coop full of chickens, but she'd also take some for cooking. She'd chop its head off, after which it would fly around for awhile. That was quite a sight for a five year old kid to see. I'm still amazed that it could fly around without a head.

Then the police are liable for any loss of revenues due to this disturbance. Hiding an item for the purposes of theft is considered to be shoplifting even if they do not leave the premises. Any protest must apply for a permit or it is unauthorized and a prosecutable offense.

The police were derelict in their responsibility to maintain order as this was an unauthorized assembly and protest on private property. If it were my store though, I would have shoved that frozen chicken up that protestor's ass and put him into his own coffin before throwing the whole group in jail. Free chicken if he can unplug it from it's position however. Call the protestor "HEN PACKED".

Too bad he didn't grab a 26 pound "Butterball". Then he could go out as a "Turfuckin".

I watched the first 30 seconds and couldn't take it any more. It just tore me to pieces. I literally broke down and cried. I think I will head over to church this morning and go to confession, as soon as I finish my grilled chicken and egg salad.
