This is AWESOME, nairiam! I love the patterns and textures in the foreground. You've got a super strong leading line. Because you've got so much interest in the beach detail, I think you could crop most of the sky out .. enough so you can lose the building and the structure with the railing. I think it would put more emphasis on the super awesome beach detail and get rid of the things that add nothing to the shot.

Thank you for your kind response. I'm never sure about the final composition. Usually I leave a lot in frame to identify the area and allow the image to tell its own story. I'll look at alternative crops, or you may freely interpret what you see.

I agree. Just make a really neat abstract out of it.

Looks abstract now. Thanks to all advisers. If I sent it to the Tate Gallery, would I be required to include hanging instructions?

If the staff at the Tate can't understand the natural flow and rhythm of your picture they don't deserve to have it!

Nairiam ... could you please start a new thread with your edit? You know I'm goig to have to delete it per Photo Critique Section rules ... Graham ... were you in on this too?

BTW ... Nairiam .. love this crop and I totally thing Graham is right. Wow ... great capture Naiiam. Love it!
