These are lovely and well done as a group.

The first one is masterful and done with great foresight and skill. This is the best of its style I've seen in a very long time.

Thanks so much, Angela. I'm so glad these cheered you a bit. Didn't have a monarch in my garden all year either. This one I found at Dauphin Island last month, and he/she wasn't interested in a portrait. I had to chase it all over the place for this one miserable little shot. lol

Hi Erv! So glad this warmed you up if not but for a little while. Hope you and Janny are staying warm. Looks like we're all in for another one like last winter.

I got that thought about mid summer.:) So I cut and split 6 cords of wood this year. We went through 4 last year.

Glad you thought ahead, Erv. I think you're going to need that extra wood, but I hope I'm wrong. We just had a record breaking 23 the other night, and we still had green leaves on trees. Wish we could have just a teensy bit of your snow. :-D

I will box some up for you.:) We were at 12 yesterday, today we hit 41 and tomorrow we are going up close to 60 I think. And then more snow for next week.:):) Fun stuff. I still need to get the Halloween down and the Christmas up!!
