Nice to see another Dr. Who fan:) My niece crocheted a Dalek once. I wish I had BBC on cable so I could watch it again. My favorite Doctor was Tom Baker. I saw Colin Baker one time at a sci-fi convention in the Chicago suburbs (along with Nichelle Nichols (Lt. Uhura) and some other people I didn't recognize. My sister goes to Windy-Con almost every year.

Tom Baker? Was he the original Doctor? If so I agree that he was the best, but he had the advantage of working in an environment with an unlimited special effects budget. Some of the aliens were so scary they were hidden under a blanket to avoid traumatizing the audience.
