that's pretty wild . is that what they got and just high lighted earth . you think it would show some of the other planets . and more stars (sun's) way of in the surrounding back ground .

Voyager 1 was launched in 1977, and that shot was taken in 1990, so imaging technology was nowhere like it is today. A similar shot taken today would probably be able to read licence plates. :D
