My wife and I were in Glendale, CO for our last show of the year and this walked in. For a bit of perspective, it was 19 degrees outside with a light snow going on and I was sitting inside with a warm fuzzy jacket on.
I have never seen a two-legged polar bear...
Sorry about the phone pic, it was handy

Really !??? This???.....how about "this person" :)
I hate cold weather myself but some people are just like that
.....Scottish comes to mind!
Don't you recognize a Canadian when you see one, 19 degrees is nothing.
She may have been Canadian but she was surely alone. I just thought it was kind of funny because I think about stuff like how uncomfortable it would be to change a tire dressed like that.
Everyone surely does have their own comfort level.
I didn't mean to offend anyone TC, I assumed that the she part would be self-explanatory. :)
There are a number of people here in NE Iowa that will not quit wearing shorts until it gets down below zero and one guy I know waits until about -20F to put jeans on!! Of course, by that time there are also a lot of people wearing flannel lined jeans and "snowmobile" suits when they go out!!

Depending on the relative humidity, I would be one of them. I hate being cold.

You know it Papa Joe. If I went out like that my goosebumps would have goosebumps.
Ummm, maybe she was having her own personal summer... :)

What gets me is the hoodie. If it's warm enough for shorts why the hoodie???? I see this all the time in Walmart.
It got down in the 40's here in Phoenix, I had to put on my long pants and my heavy coat.

It's entirely possible although she wouldn't be the only one seen dressed like that this winter. Every other time (or so) that we go to Walmart in Pueblo there is someone that makes me cold just looking at them and this sillyness knows no gender. Maybe there is a Polar Bear Club around here somewhere.
My brother in law wears shorts all year. The man is crazy!!! :)

I would tend to agree except for the inordinately large number of Walmart shoppers that leave their fashion sense in another realm entirely. This number increases as the wee hours approach which is just one of the reasons why I try to avoid Wally World late at night.
