I've been usingn Zoner Studio 17 for awhile now and it works great. Better than Corel Paintshop Pro.

Thanks guys. And the you tube gives me a quick overview. I've never been able to grasp PS or the others. Mental block I guess. I know I need more than Picasa. Appreciate the responses.
