Nearly 30 years ago, I had gone fishing with a couple of older gentlemen down there in Santee Cooper and I caught more bass than I had gotten mosquito bites in the evening hours, and believe me, there were more mosquitoes skittering about during evening hours than I would cared to see. :) I can remember Big water and Big fish and there were plenty of tree trunks & tree tops to fish around back in those days, however; I would imagine that many of them are gone by now ? Should I be able to locate some of those old photos, I will post some of them, although their qualities may not be up to par with our traditionally posted photos likened to those of today.
