Bald Eagles in Blue Skies + squirrels gone wild - so to speak :)

Yesterday I enjoyed watching two pairs of eagles - flying, fishing and eating; unfortunately, wasn't able to capture many good action shots. Some days you just have to be thankful you're there :)

#1 - #3 - Canon SX50, HQ burst mode. Cropped, edited.

#4 with Canon T3i, Sigma 18-250 mm lens.

Niiiiice. I always wanted to catch an eagle in flight but they are not plentiful in NJ.

Thank you so much, Chris! Sometimes I just lower the camera and admire their graceful beauty, especially since I have a very hard time catching them in flight with the SX50 :)

Linda, you are so lucky to be able to see so many eagles. We do not have that many in So. TX. Great pictures.

Beautiful, I have never used the HQ burst mode yet. Need to try it out.
