Took these this morning just before sunrise. It was clear and cold this morning for Seattle. Mt. Rainier in the background

#2 for me...because of the dark foreground and super blue sky...makes the Needle stand out. Looks like lots of construction going on.

Love these shots! What a gorgeous morning to be there.

I visited that park in June 2013 and it was months later I realized that I would have had a great view of Mt Rainier IF ONLY she had been out :)

1) Great shot of the Needle, Key Arena, and south side of D/T.
Advertiserer's like.

2) Chamber of Commerce advertisement.

3) Classic application of a graduated neutral density filter.
Shadows across the bottom kill this shot.

All three are well shot, nice variation of focal length views. They show thought to composition based on the focal lengths. I like the grouping as such, or separately.

Beautiful shots. I lived in Seattle in the very late 60's and early 70's. It's amazing what's happened to your city in this time. The tallest building in town in the late 60's was the bell tower and then the Bank One building. Amazing!

Great Shots! I can tell you I went to Seattle a few years back and tried a few shots at night, from almost the same location(Queen Ann Hill?)and I did not achieve the same results. Nicely done.
