Make sure it's a JPG and not too big, I think 10MB or so is the limit

Also, a very small file will not be stored.

I posted a pic at 134KB, store original didn't work. I then saved file for web @ 45.6KB still didn't work. Maybe a photoshop issue? Using CS6

Try bigger, around 1 - 5 megabytes.
