"Half a day," how did you pull yourself away? I've been eating three meals a day at my computer for quite a while now, although I do have to go into town in a few minutes.

Addictive YES! It should read "If you don't belong to UHH Anonymous, don't open any posts". LOL Then if you do belong, you will just pass on opening all posts.

Addictive to many, some have well over 2,000 counts. Some of them have several responses/comments to EACH one of those counts. Now they are addicted!!

I lose a whole day if I log on in the early morning. I have had to ban myself from 5am UHH check-ins during the work week. Being late for work is not conducive to remaining employed (or in my case, graduating from college)

I too am a member of HHA (hedgehog anonymous).
We meet on line anytime of day or night 24/7. It is a brutal program rift with nice rewards and friendly encouragement.
