I've been using a custom FMP file for my digital asset management (DAM) and although it works well for me and it can be easily customized, it started to bog down when I hit 200,000 images. I've been considering Razuna mainly because it is open source. Anyone have any experience with this program?

Sounds like an exotic food! A Jamaican Pasta?
At least "Lightroom" does not sound edible.
We've been using Razuna for a couple of years now. We started off with Razuna 1.5 and recently upgraded to 1.7. We've had pretty good experience with them. Performance seems good (we use a dedicated server, though) and they keep adding features. Customer support is also quite impressive. The UI is somewhat "simple", but it does the job and it's quite easy to navigate. Our team pretty quickly got the hang of it.
We have 2.1TB images and video stored on Razuna and use their workflow plugin too, which is not a work flow per se but more like an automation tool. Saves us quite som time.
If you are a one-man band with limited needs for sharing, probably Razuna isn't the way to go. If, however, you have a lot of customers or team members, it has some nice permission and sharing features.
