The Best Campaign Manager

The saga of the Kitty Council's antics have taken a new turn.... sort of like Soap Operas, I guess...
Treepusher's sources uncovered a plan by Martian that might get him that coveted Ministry of Mayhem seat back. He was also spotted having a drink with Hector. I guess that's why Tippit decided to hire her own campaign manager. His name is U.H Hoginski, and is quite good.
Bumpy wants his old position back, but he's not too serious in this whole democratic process. Bauble couldn't give a darn, and Super Goose wants to create a new Ministry of Super Justice.
All that was done in this shot is a bit of Topaz Clear. Both subjects sat peacefully together!! No composite required. Just painted the patio stones and added the background.
Hope that Martian sees this one soon.... :wink:

LOL!!! Tippit's made a wise move hiring a fresh face. When it comes to ultimate power on the Kitty Council, it's best to take no chances on the way to the top. Trust no one. Watch your back. You may have colleagues, but you have no friends. It's lonely at the top.
