I wanted a couple of very close ups of an attractive bird and the Red-bellied Woodpecker cooperated. Though the new MkII is more of an action camera I wanted to see how it would perform in other modes.

Just got my 7d mark II yesterday and it seems to out perform my original 7d hands down. I looked at the information but it doesn't list what lens manufacturer you used. The picture is awsesom and hope that I can do it justice. Thanks in advance!

Very nice shots Joe, lovely and sharp, but I would have thought this has more to do with the lens used than the camera.
