Nice shots, are finches and chickadee's in the same family?

Nice shots. I would crop both sides to get the dish and window out of the picture.

Hi Fotografer: Nice bird pix, the only kind of birds I ever see around my place or bird feeded are sparrows and the big black crows. I'm not even sure of the difference between a crow and a raven except ravens are supposed to be bigger. Not a big bird watcher. I can tell which birds are turkeys, phesants, quail, rhode island red chickens, pigeons, some species of ducks and geese and maybe a few other birds that are good eating, beyond that I'm clueless. I guess I could spot a bald eagle or maybe a crane and possibly a pink flamingo etc... lol... Anyway you get the point... Like I said... Great bird pix...Just don't ask me what kind of bird they are...lol
Both Finches and Chicadees are under the same Order - Passeriformes . Chicadees are in the family Paridae and the Finches are in the family Fringillidae according to the book I have on Birds of Noth America which I bought for a class I took 40 years ago. The section on them and other birds is called Perching Birds.

Thanks for the information.
You are welcome. I have taken a little interest in birds because I see a lot of shore birds. I have photographed them and now I am trying to learn about them. It is interesting to learn about them.
Thanks for all the nice comments.
