Warning, the guy believes in the why use 5 words when you can think of 20 method of answering questions

I sure did! *#!!%^. Thanks for posting it. For an announced intention of telling us about the future of DX, he sure spent a lot of time talking about FF. Could we extrapolate his remarks to mean that the D7200 / D9300 won't be announced soon?

You are right about that, he sounds a lot like a politician. Try to sound good, talk forever, run out the clock and say nothing. ;)

I think I can say with absolute uncertainty that his answer to each question was: "That is a definite maybe!"

I do Canon but thought I would check it out so I would know what any Nikonites were talking about if they tried to convert me.

I guess then that you have been following with interest the various problems being reported about the new 7D Mk II. The things I have read here seem that they may all be firmware rather than mechanical. Still a bummer though. ;)

Well I have heard that the first one or two production runs are really just real world Beta+ tests. Unless you absolutely have to have it hold off to see what goes wrong. Very few new products come out without any unforeseen problems.
