Difference between smart phone viewing and desk top viewing

I just noticed that when I view UHH on my smart phone I get different content than when I look at the same UHH posting on my desk top. Wanted to dig into a story under general chit chat and did not find it on the desk top. I did this on todays posting and found other stories not listed and some photos not listed on the desk top but on the smart phone.

I just checked my Galaxy S III against my desk top. Under Watched Topics, they both matched.
