They are pager that you can create for your own use. Like for making notes for yourself or a collection of links that you want to save.

No, I don't see any way to upload images. I believe that if Admin did that, too many people would be using it for their own personal storage space.

Yes.
You first post them on UHH (or somewhere else) then use the {img}{/img} tag.

Every function available that you see under reply (left menu) are accessible BUT you need to memorize them as this is not offered when editing.
