O.k., you are stupid. Fine. Seriously, there are a couple of ways to do it. If you don't like what it is and you catch it within the 1st hour of posting, you can pretty much delete it yourself.
Or, you can click on the "report issue" box and tell the admin that you simply want it deleted and he will happily do so.

Posts can be deleted under the edit tab. Topic titles can not be edited. It's not being stupid it is not knowing "how to" that is always the learning curve gotcha.

Actually, you can edit topic titles for up to an hour after posting.
The option will be above you avatar name.
