SD Card for D610

Hello Hogs,
Just wondering what SD card those off you with the Nikon D610 use. I am using a Sandisk Ultra Plus 16 GB. I notice a lot of grain when I shoot with my ISO at 1600. Is there any correlation ? Should I be using a higher performance card ??

Suggest you reduce the ISO and open up the lens and that may do it. You could also set the camera to Program and see what it selects, then adjust aperture and shutter speed according to get the desired result you are seeking.

Thank you ... I deleted all the photos, and understand everything you all have suggested. ..just checking to see if my SD card was not up to par with the newer(to me)camera. I think I'll give the Sandisk 32GB Extreme Pro a shot, lower my ISO and open up a bit.

I shot some pics with the ISO at 6400 - I reduced the size to upload - do your pics have more noise than these?
