Adobe photoshop elements 11 alignment

does anyone know if this version will alignment shoots in the layers? Some people call it stacking layers (I think). I'm learning to do some blending and even when I use my tripod and set my camera to take 3 shoots each time the mirror moving up and down still causes a little movement. I hope I'm asking this question right.

Align shots.....take 3 shots each time.....I wish this would let me edit sometime. I'm bad about proof reading after I hit send.

One other thing to try is turn off vibration reduction.
If on a tripod with vr on, my shots never line up.
Turn it off and no more problems.

You know what, that is one of the things I always forget to check. I have 6 things I check every time I pick up my camera. I guess I should make it 7, the VR. Thanks
