That is the clearance price on the old Version 3, Version 3.5 is current and Version 4 was released last month in Beta format and free trials. Adobe has Version 3.5 on sale direct right now for $149.95, half price.

thanks for the heads up! I use Aperture, I knew the beta of Lightroom 4 had been released but wasn't aware of 3.5

It appears that if you have V3, you can upgrade to v3.5 for nothing.
