Very nice photos. You did well. I always think that photos showing changes in the landscape are very important for future generations.

From the download it looks like the net needed replacing anyway. Maybe the kids grew up and it was no longer used. OR maybe the net was taken down to paint and it just hasn't been replaced yet.

My neighbors kids play with their kids and they are all in highschool so maybe they are interested in girls now and not basketball so much...

I love area... That is one of the area's in the cook county forest preserve near my house... Next to the barn is one of the caretakers houses... That facility is used to store some of the tractors used to cut the grass and stuff around the forest.... Very nice area... It is also a watershed project 8 mile bicycle path goes around most of it...Paved and all... 3 dams etc... I will add a few posts soon with more from the area.

That is the beauty of living less than a mile from the barn... This area/forest preserve/bike trail/watershed project supposedly gets as many visitors every year as Yellowstone... Huge number of picnics etc. As always thanks for looking and taking the time to comment.... :-D
