Topaz Fusion Express2

I have found that Fusion Express2 hangs when I try to edit with the plugins in Lightroom 5. It works once when I reinstall then hangs again. Any ideas please? Topaz forums are not much help.

Our computers and their programs are very complex. Recently my printer went crazy banging to the left side ... what??? Solved the problem by not turning off... which would retain memory... rather I unplugged for 12+ hours. The next day the printer reassembled it memories and was tame. Perhaps drivers in the computer; perhaps in the printer electronics (chips etc)... who cares... it works now. Like your Topaz problem, it works... that is what counts.
Topaz customer service has a great reputation. I am a mundane photographer and hide my ignorance and low quality equipment with my Topaz Arsenal... ssss, don't tell anyone.
