I have been to Barbados before, but my next visit in early December will be my first trip there with a DSLR camera. Though I have taken many pics with my cell phone on previous visits, I wasn't looking then to capture anything more than the highlights. As I have a car hired, I can go anywhere, any time. Certainly I'll be back to North Point, Crane and Bottom Bay Beaches, etc, but what I'm looking for are jaw dropping landscapes (not that those locations aren't jaw dropping!) that I might have previously overlooked.
I would appreciate it if you can be somewhat specific with recommended locations rather than a generalized recommendation such as "Take pics of the sea mushrooms in the Atlantic off of Bathsheba". I'm hoping that there are hoggers who have been to Barbados and who wouldn't mind sharing their secret locations.
Thanks for your assistance.
Go to Henderson's Cave...
Good ideas insman. Thanks.

Might make it to Harrison's Cave Fat Gregory. Not sure about Henderson's Cave though lol.
Thanks.
The Cave is better than my memory 😜
Been there. You get no secrets. You have to discover them on your own, in the moment. Lighting is always changing, so magical moments frequently present themselves. You have a car, and the island is small. Just start driving and hiking.
BATHSHEBA!! Love it :)
Take the city bus out of Bridgetown to Bathsheba (costs about $1 US), and runs on the hour. It will stop (I think) in the middle of Bathsheba where the big lava rocks are and the public restrooms.
Walk the little road towards the town (I'm thinking this would be going north?). And keep walking thru the town. You will come to the Roundhouse Restaurant (WONDERFUL FOOD). And then there is another restaurant down the same road, but can't remember the name (don't think the food there is quite as good as the Roundhouse). Anyway, walk PAST this restaurant, and there will be an area that is kind of woodsy and you can take walking paths out to the sea. It will seem as tho you are right behind this other restaurant (before you get to the woodsy area). You can't go any further.
The views from here are AMAZING, as you will be climbing up. There are rocks there you can sit on and see the views. This is a beautiful spot, and I don't know that it's on any *to do* list.
We discovered this quite by accident!! ENJOY your trip to Barbados. We are going in March for 14 nights :)
