You can find them used at Keh.com, bhphoto.com, and Adorama.com plus a variety of other places but perhaps the best place is on ebay. You can usually get them on ebay with an old camera like the EOS 650 attached cheaper than you can buy one of the lens alone. If you're lucky, you can find a 650 with all three lens, a bag, flash, and maybe even a tripod for under $150 or way less if you're slick with ebay bidding.
