New User with Go Daddy Blog Photo Problem

My name is Cee and I am new to GoDaddy and blogging. My problem is that all of my pictures in iPhoto are large and need to be sized smaller for my GoDaddy blog. On other blogs I didn't have that problem. I tried to make the photo small but it was still large and the quality was poor. Any help will be appreciated.

Check the rules for the blog and the picture/icon sizes restrictions.
You also might have to compress the pictures for reduced size.

Welcome to the forum. For resizing pictures, most photo editing pgms should provide that function. I use paint.net where I can specify either horizontal or vertical pixel size, it will calculate the other dimension to keep current aspect ratio, and shrink the picture size. It sounds like what you might be doing now is trying to reduce the file size without shrinking the picture size, thus causing loss of image quality.
