Canon has put out a terrific guide concerning the use of the auto focus functions on the new camera, it's a 51 page brochure so it goes into some depth on the use of the new 65 point AF system -- hope you find this helpful.

I hope that AF system works as nice as it looks in the guide. If I wasn't invested in Nikon I would be all over that camera.
