Taxing Internet usage would hurt a lot of people that uses the Internet for their daily business or education whether online college or by watch internet how to videos. I think this will hurt my fellow UHH users that are learning LR, PS and ____ fill in blank with what you use. I certainly hope this one will not become our future.

I agree. We already have to deal with unwanted advertising and the cost of maintaining a good connection is outrageous. Beyond technical standards, government should stay out of the internet.
