Up a dirt road and in the middle of nowhere it's left rusting on the edge of a hay field.

Excellent, I think. The framing is right-on.

Great shot. It brings back a lot of memories. My grandfather used one like it behind his two horses. Later we pulled it behind the John Deere. I today don't know how I stayed on the seat while mowing. I also like how you framed it with the vegetation.

Thank you John.
And the framing is actually the way it was. Lucky!

I'm not sure if we could find our way back there again.

Thanks Leon.
It would be tricky sitting on that seat and bumping around without falling off.

I think the monochrome better tells the story.

Excellent treatment on this one, Pierre. The monochrome gives it a timeless look, perfect for the subject. Beautifully done.

Hi Randy.
Considering that many of us started in photography doing monochrome it amazes me that we now don't do much of it. I'm a worst offender.
This time the light went on in my head and I said "let's try it".
Thanks for viewing and I appreciate your comment.
