Noticed advertisement on Amazon for camera bundles, and the D-800E (old Model) was advertised. Can someone tell me the difference between old and new D-800E models? There was another D800 with 2012 model beside it.

There is no old D800E unless they mean well used as opposed to new.
I saw an ad for the D800 which pointed out there is a newer model and it referred to a link for the D810.
The D800 and D800E were both released at the same time and there have been no "new" models made of either. The D810 was released this summer and it is destined to replace BOTH the D800 and the D800E as soon as stocks of both those bodies are sold out. Production has already ceased on both of them but they are not yet "discontinued". The D810 was released at exactly the same price as the existing D800E, no price increase is always a good thing, but it does mean there will likely be some good Christmas discounts coming on the D800E and the D800.
'New' may also simply mean new as never sold... As to old model this simply to advertise that there a newer model out, the D810.

When theD7100 came out they (Amazon) started listing the D7000 as old model. It just means that there is a newer version available.

I am quite familiar with Amazon's use or mis-use of the English language. From other product ads where I'm sure I know what is going on they say "Newer Model Available" they mean the one you are looking at is a related model that has been replaced. It always gets me thinking or questioning as well. But after some research I never find what they seem to be implying.
So I am fairly sure the "new" model in your case is the Nikon D810.

I think you are correct. I shop Amazon very extensively, and I have found this same situation with many items, usually superseded by either a new model of the same series, or a different item meant to replace the one listed.
