A tow truck like you've never seen before.
A beautiful Sunday to ride the back roads and catch some fall color, find a new road, lets take it. 50 years in the North country and we can always find a new path to take. With the bright sun it was difficult to get great quality shots, but we take what we can get. We picked a winner this week, I'd like to share with you.
Not wanting to take a quick road shot I knocked on the door and asked permission, now must listen for an hour while he tells you all about his pet project. Don't you just love old people!

This thing is registered, inspected, licensed and on the road legal. And he works it.

He fires it up, Whoa, take two steps back, A Cummings diesel, and down the road he goes.

Just a couple more for you to look at.

If you didn't put it together, you wouldn't know how to work it.

I'll probably go back and hand this guy some 5x7 prints.

And now I have to save it in 2 different files, my "Old Vehicles" file & my "Rust" file, just so I can find it when I want it. :-) Thanks for looking
That thing is.l badass....all it needs is a black paint job and chromed wheels.
Quite a piece of work. Great find!

What's that a Chrysler rear fins and a beer keg for a fuel tank?
That took a lot of imagination to build. I'd like to drive it for about an hour :) Very cool, great pictures.
