Looking at a 19th century watercolor (image #1-scanned copy), I was inspired to try and create something similar (image #2). There is beauty in aging, past prime can still inspire hope.
(I would be interested in knowing what you think could improve image#2)
Wow, that is a beautiful still life.
I think you've got a very nice, well though out still life. Maybe just not so centered.
Excellent still life shots Carlysue.
Stunning shot, I love it!

Thank you,S-1, that's very kind of you. Having posted it, I've already noticed a couple changes I need to do. Fortunately, dead flowers are not going anywhere. :-)

Thank you, djtravels. I appreciate your looking and comment. I have several versions and I'll also try a bit off center as well. Thanks.

Thanks, Angler. I'm always appreciative that you take the time to look and comment. I've noticed a couple changes I need to make after I posted. The good news is that dead flowers won't move while I wait for light to change. :-)

Thank you for looking and taking the time to comment, Rayman. Appreciate the kind comment. Interesting avatar! :-)
Beautiful shot, the only thing that could improve this, is a beautiful frame and haning on your wall!!!
A beautiful shot, Carla. Depends on how closely you want to mimic that painting. You could drop your contrast a touch, add a smidge of blur, and even the tiniest bit of whitewash over the image.
Or if you have Topaz Simplify or Impressions, Akvis Art Suite, or Dynamic Auto Painter, you can cheat...
An excellent effort even with no changes!
