I scored a 4 where 0 is a perfect score. The base score is 0-99, the lower the score the better one's color acuity is (the ability to discern different shades of a color.)
I took a test like this when I applied for a job as paint color mixer for a nationally known paint co.
They said I passed the test, but I didn't get hired for the job.

I guess the question then is, how do you improve?

I don't know if it is possible to improve or not. Each persons eyes see colors a little differently than others.
I swear my wife is color blind. She will see something light red and say it is pink. Or something light orange and say it is yellow. :?:

Good one. this was posted a few months ago. It's interesting how people see color differently. I did medium-well.
