With the two other pours 5 and a half tons. The gate was the most tricky theres a 34 foot H iron set into it with round bar welded to it which the gate is going to run on, the gate itself is around 500 pounds in weight, thats going to go in tomorrow or monday, it's going to take a few bodies to get it in.

Ok, at the risk of dissention, I think compositionally, it is flawed in that the only guy working has his back to the camera and is hunched over. The other guys are just standing. While there is a strong diagonal in the foreground, it blocks the working subject. What is the "story" the photo tells? Exposure and subject matter work, especially the b&w of concrete.

Thanks thats very fair. I think I was in the wrong place really, I think if I'd have been closer to along side the truck it would have worked better. I'd be interested in suggestions of how I could have worked the scene better.

Some people might feel you're being harsh but I wouldn't have posted it if I didn't think it could be better.
