Lenses for A7R

I think I can buy an adapter that would make all of these vintage lenses work on the A7R. However, I know very little about the lenses here. Can someone help me out, I think I could get most for about $40 each. Is that a fair price?
Thanks,
Ron

SMC Pentax 55mm 1.8 Kmount
SMC Pentax-M 135mm 3.5 Kmount
Minolta MC Rokkor-PF 135mm 2.8

I would start at $ 40.00 for an adapter. They can go up to a few hundred dollars. I wouldn't be too cheap with the adapter especially what the Sony a7r can offer you

I have checked adapters, I really need to know if these lenses are worth anything as I have limited knowledge of Minolta/Pentax lenses.

The old pentax and minolta lenses are in general excellent lenses in respect for what they are made for.

You can buy a Adapter for much less than that.

I buy Mine here and they work great: http://www.rainbowimaging.biz/shop/category.php?id_category=4

Get you a Minolta MD 35-70mm 3.5 Macro and you will be good to go, it is a Awesome lens, Google it.

The Minolta MD Rokkor 50mm 1.4 is better than the you have listed.

The 135mm is a excellent lens , but the min. focus distance is like 5 ft.

I don't know about the Pentax lenses. If they are A-mount lenses or Canon EF, you can get adaptors to use the lenses on the a7R. But you will lose autofocus capability for the A-mount adaptor, and probably for the Canon adaptor (haven't tried that one). Also, beware, many of the Sony E-mount lenses are for APS-C size sensors. They will mount on your a7R, but they only provide an APS-C size image. You must buy a lens designed for a full-frame sensor.

Yes, I was aware of the sensor problem. Right now, native full frame E mount lenses are kind of scarce. Sony just announced a new one but I think there are only about 5-6 out and one seems to be available with the A7 in kit form but not by itself.

I don't know if they make the adapters to use those lenses on your camera, but $40.00 apiece is almost a crime they are so cheap. I've owned the 55mm and the 135mm, and both were very good lenses. Just make sure there is no fungus inside them. Fungus is probably the number 1 cause of an old lens going bad. GOOD LUCK.
