Great shots. Loons can be so difficult to capture. You managed it very well.
I've camped and kayaked at Six Mile lake many times in the past. Lovely area.

Thank you. Six Mile was allot of fun with lots of inlets where loons and herons muskrats and beaver would hang out. I'd take out my fishing rod and camera. Sometimes when I was lucky....I wouldn't have time for both. Either way...I couldn't loose. Loved that place!

Amazing shots! Hardly ever see loon photos on UHH, and I miss their haunting call from summers on the lakes of Maine.
