I did it from my cell phone and it downloaded fine. When I went to open the document on my cell, it said I had to put a password in to access the document. I'll try it on my laptop to see if I have better results. :-) Cheers.

flathead, Please let me know, I opened on my desktop and laptop, did not try cell phone. Gary

Okay, tried the full link you have on my full computer and it still didn't open. Tried opening it in a different viewer and still no go. I was able to open it from the small link you have underneath the long link. Cheers.

I forgot to indicate that I had to open with Chrome, had issues with IE. Gary
