Influence: The Psychology of Persuasion by Robert B. Cialdini PhD (2 Jun 2009)
This is a book well worth reading . Introduced to it recently and it explains the why? of our behaviour in things like proving etc. I have recently used some of its content with great effect.
The postings about problem clients , and we all have them ( I am not a pro. photographer ) show that this problems is very common . This book won't get rid of the problem clients but will help you deal with them and understand the poor stupid souls that we get lumbered with.
