Jumpers are hard to find

For me Jumpers are still hard to find. I went on a trip to a farm in North Florida, and since Martin did so well on his trip, I decided I would also find me some Jumpers. It didn't happen. However, before I left I shot this one in my back yard. Since he would not stay still I could not stack it, but here it is anyway.

Hey Walt, your jumping spider is looking healthy. Learning where and how to find the jumpers can take about as long to learn how to shoot them. Once you start finding them it will get easier. Remember also, the large jumpers can see really well and will hide from you as you approach. When I walk the fence lines looking for them and have Deb along we find a lot more as they will always be in someones line of site as we walk opposite sides of the fence.

Nice shots, Walt. You're right. These guys are getting a bit hard to find.

Martin, yes he is healthy, this was shot the day I released him in my backyard. Now I have to get out and find some more to shoot. I appreciate the comments about how to walk a fence line. Maybe I can get my Deb to walk with me too.

Thanks for commenting. With Martin's coaching maybe I will get better at it. Time will tell.
