Here's a closeup of the head. I've noticed that in this same brood, some have almost orange heads, others red & yet others, black... I'm also attaching an image of larger Oakworms I found yesterday. These are either Anisota peigleri or Anisota senatoria... These both look close to the same & both are native to my region...

Your green caterpillar resembles that of a Small Cabbage White butterfly (Pieris rapae).

Thanks all !!! Still keeping an eye on them daily (they are on an Oak tree in my backyard & I check them twice daily). I also have a much larger Oakworm on another small Oak tree. I should bring it in as it will likely spin it's cocoon soon...
